The FrameFlow MSP is designed for Managed Service Providers or anyone else who wants to provide system monitoring services to their client base. It's also a good fit for larger organizations who need to monitor system at multiple locations and/or data centers.

With FrameFlow MSP you install the master console at your headquarters. Next you install the FrameFlow remote monitoring node on one system at each of your sites. Each remote node can monitor hundreds of systems at the remote site.

The remote nodes call home to the master console over HTTPS/SSL. Each time they call home they submit their monitoring results and check any new configuration changes that might be pending.

With FrameFlow MSP all management, configuration and reporting is done from your single master console. After you've installed your remote nodes there's no reason to revisit them again since you can control their operations right from your FrameFlow console.

Unlike other distributed monitoring systems we've taken care of all the management issues for you. When a new release of FrameFlow is available, all you need to do is upgrade your master console. Once it has been upgraded your remote nodes will automatically upgrade themselves over the course of the next 30 minutes.

Upgrading to a new release is seamless. Our setup program takes care of all the upgrade tasks and preserves your complete monitoring configuration so that after the upgrade you are right back where you left off but with all new features includede in the new version.
