FrameFlow - Reports
Build Custom Reports and Deliver Them by E-mail
FrameFlow includes comprehensive system health reporting that helps you to identify long term
patterns. Reports types include summary, system health and service level and each can be
configured to span recent time periods or custom date ranges in the past.
Summary Reports
Summary reports offer an overview of the monitoring actions that were performed in a specified
time period along with their results. The device summary report shows a list of all of the
systems being monitored sorted by their service level which is percentage showing the
proportion of checks that failed versus those that succeeded.
System Health Reports
FrameFlow's system health reports work with the data collected by the System Health event monitor
and they include current and historical data for CPU usage, drive space, bandwidth,
available memory and ping response times. They provide a great way to detect long term
patterns and can help with future capacity planning.
Default Reports and Customizing Them
To help you get going, FrameFlow's setup program will automatically configure default reports for CPU usage,
drive space, memory and bandwidth and each report is available for current and historic
time periods. Using FrameFlow's report build you can easily customize these report by selecting
threholds, including or excluding selected network devices and event monitors.
You can also use FrameFlow's report builder to generate new reports. You can choose to build one-off
reports for specific requirements or scheduled reports that will be generated and updated on a regular
basis.
Reports Delivered by E-mail
FrameFlow includes ability to send reports by e-mail to multiple recipients. It's a great way
to keep all interested parties up to date on system status by providing them a summary of
recent monitoring operations.
