Cloud Alert is an add-on service for FrameFlow and FrameFlow MSP. With Cloud Alert you can receive alerts by SMS text message or voice telephone call without the need for any extra hardware. It all happens through dedicated servers that we host in the cloud.

With a Cloud Alert subscription you can easily receive notifications on your mobile devices by SMS text message. Alerts contain the text of the notification in a format driven by templates that you can customize.

Also with Cloud Alert you can receive voice phone calls on your mobile device or land line for critical alerts. Cloud Alert uses text-to-speech technology to read the alert text to you and the text content is controlled through templates that you can customize.

What if your main internet connection is down and FrameFlow can't reach our hosted servers? If that happens, your Cloud Alert notifications will switch to using your internal mail system to deliver alerts. When the internet connection comes back up regular Cloud Alert notifications will resume.

What happens if your FrameFlow system goes down? Modern systems have redundant components but things still go completely wrong from time to time. Cloud Alert has you covered for this too. You can configuration your FrameFlow installation to call back to our Cloud Alert servers periodically using a short HTTP request. If we don't hear from your installation for a specified amount of time, we'll alert your IT staff by voice and/or SMS text message.
