Version 2018.1 Released

We are very happy to announce that FrameFlow 2018.1 has been released and is now available for download. Licensed users can grab the setup by logging into your account on our site. Those of you in the evaluation phase can download the eval version again and run that setup. Either way, just run the setup and it will upgrade you while preserving all of your settings.

New Web Site

When you head over to our website to get v2018.1 you’ll probably notice that things have changed. Along with the new software release, we have launched a new website. We’re very happy with the new site and we feel it communicates the value of FrameFlow much more clearly than the old one did. Your comments and feedback are welcome and encourage.

One FrameFlow

Another big change is the consolidation of what used to be two different versions of FrameFlow. Previously we had single-site and multi-site editions. Now there’s just one FrameFlow which operates in single site mode until you deploy your first remote node. As soon as you do, it switches modes to unlock the multi-site functionality. After upgrading everything will remain the same and familiar. The only difference is that single-site users now have access to multi-site options if they choose.

Calling All SNMP Users

Does SNMP monitoring play a big role in your organization? If so, we want to hear from you. We’ve always earned big points for our comprehensive SNMP support making it easy to set up things like bandwidth and uptime monitoring with just a few clicks. Not only that, FrameFlow supports all three major versions of SNMP including SNMPv3, the newest and most secure version. That’s all great but we want to take it to the next level.

Do you have SNMP-enabled devices that you’d love to see supported natively in FrameFlow? If so, let us know through our support portal. We’ll set up a time to get more details about your SNMP devices so we can get started on native support for them.
