Keep Up to Date on the Latest FrameFlow News

Current Release: v2019.3

FrameFlow 2019.3 remains our current release. We have seen that many of you have already upgraded to take advantage of the new features that it offers.

Telemetry has proven to be the most popular addition in this release. With Telemetry you get access to our mobile apps for Android and iOS. These apps give you mobile access to the current list of alerts and will receive push notifications when the list changes. It's a great way to help you keep on top of system monitoring status while you are on the move.

Cloud Alert Migration

Our new Telemetry service is a superset of what used to be called Cloud Alert. Although they share some functionality, Telemetry offers much more, including the mobile apps, cloud-based email notifications, and a new internal infrastructure that will be the basis for more features coming soon.

If you are using Cloud Alert, be sure to migrate to Telemetry as soon as possible. Migration largely consists of updating your notification profiles to use the new Telemetry notifications and it usually only takes a few minutes.

Cloud Alert will be decommissioned on November 1st 2019 so prepare now by upgrading to FrameFlow 2019.3 or later. If you are a Cloud Alert subscriber and don't yet have your Telemetry activation key, send us a note or create a new ticket in our portal.

Wrap Up

That's all for this newsletter. As always, if you have questions or feedback that you would like to share, get in touch because we're always eager to hear your suggestions.

Sincerely,

The FrameFlow Team
