Network Management Survey

FrameFlow already includes a lot functionality that is geared towards networking professionals but we want to take it to the next level.

You can help us by filling out a short survey on our web site and telling us a bit about what you'd like to see in your dream-come-true network management system.

New Tutorials Section

FrameFlow includes a wealth of monitoring features that help you to keep track of servers, switches, routers, printers, power units, and pretty much any other kind of IT equipment found in your data centers.

There's so much that sometimes the most powerful features are not immediately obvious. To address this, we've launched a new tutorials section on our web site. As with any good intro, the first few tutorials focus on the basics, such as getting started with a new installation and getting familiar with some of the terms and terminology you will encounter in FrameFlow.

We're just getting started so check back from time to time and you'll find new tutorials waiting for you, each with handy tips and techniques to get the most out of FrameFlow. If you have suggestions for subjects that would make great tutorial topics, let us know and we'll add them to our list.

Development Updates

Our team is hard at work on the next major FrameFlow update. Some of the features on the list include new monitoring options for AWS cloud-based services, new security options and more. We don't have a fixed date for the next release but we are aiming for sometime in the next four to six weeks.

If there are specific features you've always wanted to see in FrameFlow, this is a good time to let us know. If you're a licensed user, log into your account on our web site and submit a ticket so you can get your suggestion in the official pipeline and track its progress. If you're still in the evaluation phase, you can send us email with your suggestions. Either way, we're looking forward to hearing from you.

Latest Release - FrameFlow 2020.6

Our current release is FrameFlow v2020.6. It fixes an SNMP monitoring issue that was discovered in the previous release. It's our recommended release so if you're running an earlier version, log into your account on our site to download and upgrade.

Wrap Up

That's all for this newsletter. As always, if you have questions or feedback that you would like to share, get in touch because we're always eager to hear your suggestions.

Sincerely,

The FrameFlow Team
