New Tutorials Section

We have been busy adding new tutorials to highlight many of the great features that are included in FrameFlow. For example, you're probably using FrameFlow to monitor your critical systems and network equipment, but did you know that it's also easy to monitor your public-facing web sites? Our Monitoring Your Websites tutorial will lead you through the steps and show you some handy options, like how to get alerts when your web site content changes.

Other new tutorials include monitoring Windows performance counters and making sure that critical Windows services are up and running.

Each tutorial leads you through a topic step-by-step with screenshots and illustrations to guide you along the way. Click here to see our complete list of tutorials. We're adding more each week, so check back often.

Development Updates

The next major FrameFlow update is scheduled for September and we have a lot of great new features coming your way.

One major addition is going to be support for two-factor authentication when logging into the FrameFlow interface. Security is paramount these days and two-factor authentication will give you yet another method to control and protect access to your FrameFlow monitoring configuration.

Latest Release - FrameFlow 2020.6

Our current release is FrameFlow v2020.6. It fixes an SNMP monitoring issue that was discovered in the previous release. It's our recommended release so if you're running an earlier version, log into your account on our site to download and upgrade.

Wrap Up

That's all for this newsletter. As always, if you have questions or feedback that you would like to share, get in touch because we're always eager to hear your suggestions.

Sincerely,

The FrameFlow Team
