FrameFlow Newsletter - May 2022

Keep Up to Date on the Latest FrameFlow News

Big Release Coming Soon!

The next big update is tentatively scheduled for the third week of May. Included in the update are two brand-new event monitors: the AWS Lambda Event Monitor and the Windows Certificate Store Event Monitor, both of which will be covered in the Technical Resources section of our website.

The AWS Lambda Event Monitor is designed to alert on Lambda metrics like errors, throttles, execution duration, and more. You can monitor these metrics for all functions, or monitor functions individually for added specificity.

The Windows Certificate Store Event Monitor connects to your Windows devices and watches for any certificate issues. Once an issue is detected, FrameFlow sends you an alert of your choosing. This lets you take immediate corrective action on issues like certificate invalidity, expiry, or certificates that will expire soon.

We can't wait to show you what we've been working on for this next update. Stay tuned!

New Blog Post: Windows Firewall

Recently, one of our customers, a natural disaster alerting organization, contacted us to find out if there's a way to monitor Windows Firewall using FrameFlow. Granted, we don't have a dedicated event monitor for that purpose, but we do have several blank-canvas event monitors that can be used for innumerable out-of-the-box purposes.

In this case, we worked with our customer's needs to convert our existing Windows Registry Event Monitor into one that works for their purposes. Details on how to do this are in the blog post, as well as instructions on how to contact us about your exact monitoring needs so we can help you in a similar way.
