FrameFlow Newsletter - January 2023

Keep Up to Date on the Latest FrameFlow News

FrameFlow v2023.1 Is on Its Way!

The first new release of this year is in its final stages of development and it includes some exciting new features. Expect it before the end of the month! This month's newsletter will shine some light on what's to come.

Coming Soon: New Microsoft Azure Event Monitors

We're gearing up to release two new event monitors, the Azure VMs Status Event Monitor and the Azure Logon Security Event Monitor, which expand on our existing compatibility with Microsoft Azure! We hope you'll find them useful. The event monitors themselves will be available by the next release, but we've published the tutorials ahead of time so you can check them out early.

The Microsoft Azure VMs Status Event Monitor watches the status of each Azure instance it's connected to, alerting on any changes it finds. The event monitor's settings let you choose the level of alert you want to receive about events like the launch of new instances, state changes, and failed status checks so you're always in the know about every instance.

Check it out here.

The Microsoft Azure Logon Security Event Monitor watches and alerts based on both logins and login attempts, keeping your Azure environment secure as can be. This event monitor can be set to check only a certain subset of users and can also filter by applications and resources.

Check it out here.

New Use Cases Section Coming Soon

Our tutorials can take you through the setup process of a new event monitor with ease, but sometimes, there's no better way to explain features than to see them in action. That's exactly what we plan to do with the new Use Cases section of our website!

There, you'll find problem-and-solution based articles that show how FrameFlow was able to tackle real-life problems experienced by our real-life users. One of the articles, for example, teaches you how to monitor latency and packet loss by creating and configuring FrameFlow's Ping Event Monitor.

When this new section of our site goes live, we'll have this and a few other articles waiting for you to check out. Stay tuned, because even more use cases will be arriving shortly thereafter.

Wrap Up

That's all for this newsletter! Thanks for tuning in. Get in touch with any questions or comments about our latest release.

Sincerely,

The FrameFlow Team
