Seamless Multi-Site Monitoring for Managed Service Providers and Larger Organizations
FrameFlow MSP is a multi-site monitoring solution designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
and larger organizations that have network assets a multiple remote locations.
FrameFlow MSP takes our core monitoring technology and extends to allow you to monitor systems
at multiple locations.
How it Works
The diagram below shows how FrameFlow MSP works. At each of your sites you install the FrameFlow MSP remote node on
just one system. That remote node can monitor hundreds of systems at the remote site using agentless monitoring, which
means you never need to install anything on the systems being monitored.
Each remote node calls home using secure HTTPS/SSL to the FrameFlow MSP master console which is running at your
headquarters. The master console gives you and your IT staff a unified view of monitoring operations across
all sites.
Scheduled Reports - HTML & PDF
FrameFlow MSP includes per-site reports that allow you to keep track of long term monitoring trends.
Reports can be delivered automatically to multiple e-mail recipients in PDF format for easy cross-platform viewing.
If you are providing monitoring services to your clients, FrameFlow MSP's reports offer a great way for you
to demonstrate the value you are providing to your customers.
Super Easy to Deploy and Manage
FrameFlow MSP is super easy to install and deploy. You can be up and running with your master console and first
remote node in about 15 minutes. Just install the master console at your headquarters, forward an external
port to your master console, and then run the setup at your remote location. The setup verifies communications
and then the remote node automatically appears in the master console. From then on all configuration, management
and reporting happens on the master console. You never need to visit the remote node again.
Managing FrameFlow MSP is easy too. When a new version is available just
upgrade your master console and your remote nodes will automatically update themselves over the course of the
next 30 minutes.
