The LDAP Event Monitor checks the availability of LDAP on remote servers. It will send you your choice of alert level in the event of a failure.

The first two options control the port number and timeout the event monitor will use to connect to your network devices.

The third option lets you choose the level of alert you want to receive in the case of a failure.
