FrameFlow's Linux/SSH Restart Event Monitor connects to a remote server using SSH and checks for evidence of planned or unplanned system restarts. Sometimes, unplanned system restarts are early warning signs of potential software or hardware issues. Receiving early notification about these conditions can help you and your team identify and address the underlying problems more quickly.
✔ Getting alerts about planned and unplanned restarts
✔ Receiving notifications when an administrator adds a reason for system restarts
In addition to alerting about system restarts, FrameFlow can also alert if restarts have not occurred since the last time the event monitor ran. You can use this feature to notify you if a planned restart does not occur.
Option to Alert if Restart Hasn't Occurred Since Last Check
This event monitor lets you filter reboot events by their category: hardware, software, application, power, or system. You can choose to exclusively receive alerts about one of these categories while suppressing alerts from all others. You can also choose to ignore one of these categories while continuing to receive restart alerts from all the others.
