The Intune User Experience Event Monitor sends alerts about user experience stats that are not meeting their goal values in Microsoft Intune. These metrics include application reliability, startup performance, battery health, and more. In this tutorial, we'll highlight the benefits of this event monitor's features. For a complete setting-by-setting breakdown of this monitor, view its reference guide.
✔ Receiving alerts about Intune UX metrics in real time
✔ Singling out Intune managed devices with poor performance
With FrameFlow, you can set thresholds for alerting that make the most sense for you and your organization. Microsoft Intune's user experience metrics are represented by a score out of 100 and can measure reliability in a number of key ways. Our event monitor is equipped to measure and alert based on changes to the following scores:
This means you'll be ready to address problems with these scores as they begin to fall below baseline ranges and take immediate corrective action. FrameFlow's alerts can be configured to run around the clock so you'll receive alerts as soon as the problem occurs. Below, you can view an example of the settings that the User Experience monitor provides.
Analytics Settings
Each time you run the event monitor, you'll receive an output that summarizes the checks that succeeded alongside those that triggered an alert. The alert below is warning you that the battery health score for the selected device could not be retrieved. The startup performance score is also lower than the acceptable threshold that the user entered, triggering an "Info" level alert. The other scores were within acceptable ranges.
